A Pilot’s Qualification Badge, Field Pilot No. 224 consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac dated 23 May 1946A rare stylized diving eagle in gilt, resting on a gilt Slovakian emblem, the Apostolic Cross on the Upper Lands, surrounded by a silver wreath of linden leaves, reverse with a replacement vertical pin, numbered 224 on the center, measuring 61. 4 mm (w) x 50. 8 mm (h), light contact, loss of gilt to eagle, a rare piece in very fine condition.
